On any given Friday, the peeps in my office will whine for Gianna’s in Medford. They are addicted to their chicken rolls and broccoli rolls, which are enormous and full of cheesy goodness. I, on the other hand, prefer something entirely different. My favorite item on the menu is the Chicken Panini. It is grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella and lettuce on a wide and soft panini bread (which I think is ciabatta) with balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side for dipping or spreading. It is big enough for two and delicious.
Most of their wraps and paninis are really tasty, especially the California Chicken Wrap, Balsamic Chicken Wrap and the Honey Mustard Wrap, but you may want to ask for the dressing on the side because the wrap can get a little soggy. They also have pasta dishes with a variety of rich sauces. Every week they also have have a list of specials that include some of their gourmet slices, like the broccoli slice, the stuffed veggie slice, the eggplant parmesan slice and the taco salad slice. There is always something interesting to choose from so you can try something different every time you order and rarely be disappointed. Just try to pick up or dine in because delivery can take a while but, they do warn you beforehand. Also, add some garlic knots onto your order because one is as big as an 8th grader’s fist.
